Service Description

Consultation fees are payable in advance to secure your booking. You can currently pay for your consult via EFT. We are looking at introducing an online credit card payment facility in the near future. Please note that services are rendered to the Randburg and Johannesburga areas. 

Cancellation Policy

Consider this booking a binding contract between yourself and Organic Kitchen Gardens (Pty) Ltd. A. CONSULTATION BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Invoices for consultations fees are payable on receipt thereof. Consultation fees are non-refundable. Should you not be able to honour your appointment please give us at least 24 hrs notice and we will be happy to reschedule for a later date. B. COURSE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The Full Course Fee is payable upon receipt of invoice. Unpaid bookings will be opened up to paying customers should proof of payment not be received within 24 hrs after an invoice has been sent. Please note that we plan for and incur costs in anticipation of your participation in the course. Should you not be able to attend the course let us know in writing at least 7 days before the commencement of the course. Delegates who cancel less than 7 days before the commencement of the course or who do not attend will be liable for the full course fee with no refunds.
