Urban Garden Course
YOU CAN GROW YOUR OWN
LEARN HOW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR URBAN OUTDOOR SPACE AND CREATE A GARDEN THAT SUPPLIES YOU WITH FRESH HERBS, VEGETABLES, FRUITS AND FLOWERS.
Alright, so you know about the health risks of pesticides and herbicides used on the production of our food in conventional agriculture.
You've been very careful with what you bring in to your body for your sake and that of your family, but sometimes the cost of organic produce is a little too high, there isn't enough variety at the farmers mark and the quality of the food is at times not at the level you expect.
So you tried growing your own but it just hasn't worked out? The soil is not right, you are battling pests all the time and feeling tired and frustrated?
IF YOU ARE STILL READING THIS THEN I PROBABLY KNOW WHO YOU ARE!
Because that was me!
WHAT TO PLANT, WHAT SEASON, WHAT FERTILISER!
There are so many elements to consider when creating a garden that is productive all year round.
When you are not sure what you are doing or how your actions or lack of will affect your results, it gets pretty overwhelming.
For me the turning point came when I started to focus on plant health, being proactive in the garden and treating the cause and not the symptoms.
I learned how to work with the space I had and have helped my clients create their own urban oasis.
All the failed veggie gardens … (2/3 bad past ones) have finally now succeeded with one small change “Joy Phala”!
You made all the difference by teaching me about the Soil!
My experience of the course was almost spiritual. I got to realize that our parents and grandparents' methods was life sustaining. We all should go back to the basics if we want to live longer.
Thanks to you baby girl for opening my eyes. I hope to open other people's eys too so that the chain can keep growing, for good and nutritious food , saving money and keeping ourselves healthy at all times.
ACCESS TO THE RARE & HARD TO FIND
And no, we are not talking purple carrots and yellow beans, although we can do that too. We are talking access to produce for non-common use.
Growing cilantro for its delicate flowers, access to unique ingredients such as bronze fennel, and then later using the culinary dust that is its pollen to give your dishes an unusual depth of flavour.
Such is the luxury enjoyed with a bespoke kitchen garden grown by a company that is passionate about cuisine and about redefining the culinary landscape, one dish at a time.
